Mobile office trailers are designed to maximize comfort and practicality. There are various configurations and sizes, that are all built out with the infrastructure needed to support, network, and manage an office in any rapid response situation.

Standard Features

  • All work stations feature eight square feet of work space on the desktop for each user and the majority are equipped with adjustable height desks
  • Locking doors with exterior lock box for keys
  • Small Refrigerator 
  • Coffee maker with supplies
  • Ergonomic rolling office chairs 
  • 120v outlets & ethernet plugs at each workstation
  • Microwave
  • Printer and Copier 
  • Basic office supplies (pens, sticky notes, pinter paper, whiteboard markers) for each workstation
  • Whiteboards for each workstation 
  • Trailer access stairs with handrails for ingress/egress including a non-slip surface on the steps 
  • Climate control (HVAC)
  • 3.5 gallon trash can shared between two workstations 
  • Equipped with CO2 and smoke detectors, H2S gas detectors, fire extinguishers (wall mounted)
  • Phone and data plugs available at each workstation wired to a phone block and IT switch box
  • Small paper shredder with six sheet capacity
